1.2. Zamvero.com operates as an intermediary platform, enabling customers to order products from third-party suppliers, primarily located in China, without physically storing the products.

1.3. Ordered goods are shipped directly from external suppliers to the customer.

1.4. We cooperate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

2. Order Fulfillment

2.1. Products available in the store are sourced from international suppliers, mainly based in China.

2.2. After an order is placed, it is forwarded to the supplier who prepares and ships the product directly to the customer.

2.3. Order processing may take up to 7 business days starting from the next business day after the order is placed.

2.4. Delivery time may range from 10 to 30 business days, depending on the supplier and the customer’s location.

2.5. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to transportation delays, customs inspections, force majeure events, or unforeseen logistical issues.

3. Purchases and Pricing

3.1. Placing an order constitutes entering into a purchase agreement under the terms specified in this document.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

  • Technical errors

  • Incorrect product descriptions or pricing errors

  • Inability to fulfill the order

3.3. All prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including applicable taxes), unless otherwise stated.

5.2. For order fulfillment purposes, customer data may be shared with suppliers, logistics partners, and payment providers.
