Shipping & Delivery Policy – Zamvero.com

1. Intermediary Service Information

1.1. Zamvero.com operates as a purchasing intermediary platform.

1.2. Zamvero.com facilitates customer orders by forwarding them to third-party suppliers (primarily based in China) in accordance with the customer’s order details.

1.3. We are not the manufacturer or physical owner of the products listed on the website. We do not warehouse products and do not physically ship goods ourselves. Products are shipped directly from external suppliers to customers.


2. Order Processing

2.1. After an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, Zamvero.com forwards the order to the supplier, typically within up to 7 business days.

2.2. Orders that remain unpaid for more than 3 business days may be automatically canceled.

2.3. Estimated delivery time ranges from 10 to 45 business days, depending solely on the supplier and external logistical factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs procedures

  • Transportation restrictions

  • Force majeure events

2.4. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the stated delivery timeframe.

2.5. If delivery exceeds 45 business days from the date the order was forwarded to the supplier, the customer may request cancellation of the intermediary service and a refund. Such requests should be submitted to: zamvero.help@gmail.com


3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping costs are determined individually for each order based on:

  • Product type

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected supplier shipping option

3.2. Promotional offers (such as free shipping) may be available and will be clearly indicated during checkout.

3.3. In case of withdrawal or return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs directly to the supplier (if return is possible).


4. Shipping Information & Tracking

4.1. Once the order has been forwarded to the supplier, the customer may receive a tracking number, if available.

4.2. Zamvero.com has no control over the logistics process and is not responsible for the accuracy of shipment status updates provided by carriers.

4.3. The customer is responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and reporting any visible damage directly to the carrier and to zamvero.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.


5. Delivery Liability

5.1. Zamvero.com is not responsible for delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, customs actions, transportation damage, or other delivery-related issues caused by third-party suppliers or carriers.

5.2. As an intermediary, we may assist customers in filing claims with suppliers or carriers, but we are not legally responsible for the final outcome of such claims.

5.3. In case of a lost shipment, we will attempt to resolve the matter with the supplier. Depending on the outcome, a reshipment or refund may be offered.


6. Product Safety (GPSR)

6.1. Products ordered through Zamvero.com originate from external suppliers who are responsible for compliance with applicable product safety regulations (including CE marking and GPSR requirements where applicable).

6.2. If a product is found to be non-compliant or unsafe, Zamvero.com may forward the matter to the supplier and assist the customer in pursuing a resolution.
